Service to be carried out after the stripping / passivation operation of the water circuits , when the boiler is restarted. The purpose of this operation is to create a protective layer on the surface of the tubes when restarting the boiler.
The boiler underwent repairs, a test, a chemical cleaning, it is therefore filled with demined water at the firing point.
The treatment is carried out following the normal procedure for starting the boiler. The pressures and temperatures are recorded in the control room. The monitoring of the pH is measured on samples taken by us and recorded in the end of works report .
Scrubbing on the move after work.
This treatment is carried out on defined and isolated parts of the boiler. It removes dirt from various maintenance / repair work.
Leaching is also called boiling in motion, but in no way replaces a complete chemical treatment of pickling and passivation.
Chemical washing of a boiler.
This consists of a complete treatment of all or part of the boiler, if necessary the non-affected part are isolated.
Rinsing which makes it possible to evacuate certain deposits and waste left during maintenance work, is most often linked to the hydraulic test requested before the start of work.
The diferent phases of the treatment are carried out in the process:
Descaling / Desoxidation
Pickling / Rust removal
Pre Passivation
Drain
We can also manage the temporary storage, transport and destruction of washing effluents, passivation waters, in compliance with the standards in force. Dew point drying can be achieved.
We carry out these operations for installations, lines (Gas, Chlorine, etc.), exchangers, boilers.
This service consists of eliminating all traces of free water and ambient relative humidity in order to obtain a dew point of -20°C.
After determining the volume of the device to be treated and calculating the CFR index, we set up equipment suitable for drying in dry and oil-free air.
When possible, we install a silencer on the circuit to reduce noise pollution.
These operations make it possible to considerably reduce the time taken to commission the devices/installations
The work is validated by controls using laboratory equipment such as the hygrometer.
Chemical preservation consists of replacing the air present in the circuit/device with nitrogen.
This is to ensure the conservation conditions of the internal surfaces of the equipment.
Residual oxygen is expelled by a pressure/decompression campaign until a residual oxygen level <3% is obtained.
